| Subject : Important Message to
the Delegates of SACOSAN-III – Field
Visit |
| All the official delegates attending
the Third Asian Conference on Sanitation
(SACOSAN III) in New Delhi from 18th to 21st
November, 2008 are informed that the Conference
will be preceded by a field visit on 16th and
17th November, 2008. The places identified for
the field visits of the official delegates are
as follows: |

i) A village in district
Kurukshetra, Haryana (170 KMs. approx. from
Delhi)
ii) A village in district Jhunjhunu,
Rajasthan (200 KMs. approx. from Delhi)

| The visit to these two
places will also involve local sight seeing.
|
| It will be a one day trip
leaving New Delhi at 7.00 a.m. for Jhunjhunu
district, Rajasthan and 7.30 a.m. for
Kurukshetra district, Haryana, on 16-11-2008.

| The delegates are being
taken by Volvo buses and would return to Delhi
on the same day evening. The delegates who are
not able to make it for the field trip on 16th
November due to late arrival or for any other
reason, will be taken for field visits on 17th
November, 2008, if they are interested. The time
of departure will remain the same on that day
also. |
| All the delegates are
requested to kindly make a note of these
arrangement and ensure that they meet at the
Lobby of Hotel Ashoka at the appointed time for
proceeding to field visit. |
| Shuttle services will be
provided between the Hotels to enable the
delegates staying in the other hotels to reach
Hotel Ashoka at 7.00 a.m.
